Broadhead & company has a team of qualified property managers that services the needs of our facilities and tenants for office and retail properties. Our property managers create annual objectives, success metrics, revenue projections, and operating projections all within the over-arching long-term plan of the property. We manage properties like a high performance machine with a soul that wants to be the best it can be for tenants and staff. Our property managers are the eyes on the ground that flow with the needs of the building and communicate the vitals of the property and the business to the owner's in real time.  We execute on the business plan but also provide ideas from the ground up on how the property and the tenants could be better served.  In property management, everybody is a client from the tenant to the owner and investors to the engineers and service providers.  We work hard to align everyone's interests to ensure the property provides the value that the tenants and the investors demand.  We care.  We're firm but fair.  We love our buildings and our tenants.  Since the walls of the building can't speak, we speak for them to foster an atmosphere that fits with the workstyles and lifestyles that our clients demand. 

Our property management team acts as the liaison between the site team, the tenants, and the property owner.  We ensure that maintenance happens in a timely manner.  We prepare and control operating budgets that fit with the owner's business plan.  We hire vendors that are trustworthy, provide high-quality results and work at a fair price.  We administer building rules and regulations that maintain harmony amongst all tenants and keep the building looking attractive, while operating efficiently and cost effectively.  We ensure the timely collection of rents and regulate terms of the leases. We manage the operating accounting of the property and facilitate the payment of expenses. Our property managers are also proficient in overseeing construction activity.

At the present time Broadhead & Company is managing it’s own properties, and is not active as a third party management company.
